NEC WiMAX 2+ Tool for Android

The app allows you to check the radio wave conditions and battery level of Mobile Routers WX06, WX05, WX04, WX03, WX02, WX01, and NAD11, as well as configure their usage settings. You can also remotely start them from your smartphone. It also enables you to check the radio wave conditions and configure the usage settings for Home Routers WiMAX HOME 02 and WiMAX HOME 01.

When connected to Mobile Router products, you can perform firmware updates and switch Wi-Fi frequencies (WX06, WX05, WX04, WX03, WX02, WX01), transition to sleep mode, check data usage levels, and toggle communication modes (HS⇔HS+A) (WX06, WX05, WX04), (WiMAX/WiMAX2+⇔Wi-Fi spot) (WX01, NAD11) conveniently through screen operations. The forget-to-turn-off timer status is not displayed for WX01 and NAD11.

When connected to Home Router products (WiMAX HOME 02, WiMAX HOME 01), you can check data usage levels, switch communication modes, and view the signal reception level on your smartphone through the signal indicator. Additionally, when connected to WiMAX HOME 02, you can register for Alexa integration.

Using the connection setup wizard to scan the included "Easy QR Start QR Code," you can easily configure Wi-Fi connections in the app. The "Easy QR Start QR Code" encrypts network names (SSID) and encryption keys (passwords) for ease of operation and security considerations.
